TIB Financial Statements means (i) the audited consolidated balance sheets (including related notes and schedules, if any) of TIB as of December 31, 2005, 2004 and 2003, and the related statements of income, changes in stockholders’ equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) for the years then ended, and (ii) the consolidated balance sheets of TIB (including related notes and schedules, if any) and related statements of income, changes in stockholders’ equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) with respect to periods ended subsequent to December 31, 2005.

TIB Financial Statements means the consolidated balance sheets (including related notes and schedules, if any) of TIB and the related statements of income, changes in shareholders’ equity, and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any), which were included in the Form 8-K filed by TIB with the SEC on February 15, 2008; the Form 10-Qs filed by TIB with the SEC for the calendar quarters ending March 31, 2007, June 30, 2007, and September 30, 2007; and the Form 10-K filed by TIB with the SEC for the year ending December 31, 2006.
