TI/LC Threshold has the meaning set forth in Section 4.06(b) hereof.
Examples of TI/LC Threshold in a sentence
At any time that the balance of the TI/LC Reserve Account is less than the TI/LC Threshold, then, upon notice by Lender, Borrower shall resume monthly payments of the Monthly TI/LC Deposit in accordance with this Section 4.06(b) with such payments to begin on the first Payment Due Date following such notice and continuing until such time as the balance of the TI/LC Reserve Account equals or exceeds the TI/LC threshold.
