T.I. Construction Drawings means 1/4 or 1/8 scale construction drawings for the Tenant Improvements containing all information reasonably necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements, which drawings shall be consistent with the approved Space Plan.

  • Tenant shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the TI Construction Drawings reflect Tenant’s requirements for the Tenant Improvements.

  • Any changes to the TI Construction Drawings following Landlord’s and Tenant’s approval of same requested by Tenant shall be processed as provided in Section 4 hereof.
