Thunder Bay Owners definition
Thunder Bay Owners means the Thunder Bay Managing Agent, Thunder Bay, each assignee of Thunder Bay which is a RIC and the Thunder Bay Purchasers and any assignee thereof chosen by the Thunder Bay Managing Agent with the consent of the Transferor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
