Thunder Bay Note definition
Thunder Bay Note means the Series 2017-VFN Note representing the Ownership Tranche of the Series 2017-VFN Notes funded from time to time by the Thunder Bay Managing Agent for the benefit of the applicable Thunder Bay Owners pursuant to this Agreement.
