Throughput Services definition

Throughput Services means certain throughput rights and services for container handling at various terminals owned or operated by the Company in the United Arab Emirates comprising the following:
Throughput Services means the unloading of an LNG vessel and temporary storage of unloaded LNG at an LNG Terminal, and the subsequent send-out of such delivered LNG as regasified LNG from such LNG Terminal for Domestic Consumption;

Examples of Throughput Services in a sentence

  • Operator agrees to provide, operate and maintain at its sole cost, risk and expense, the Terminals and other facilities necessary to provide the Throughput Services contemplated in this Agreement in a good and workmanlike manner in accordance with standards customary in this industry, including those specified in Section 1(a).

  • Throughput Services will mean the acceptance of Product tendered by Customer at the Terminal for the account of Customer, interim storage of the product, and re-delivery of Product via Customer's designated receiving equipment for the account of Customer, (as specified in paragraph 6) together with all necessary recordkeeping.

Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.
