throughput capacity definition

throughput capacity means the design capacity or maximum capable capacity of a facility, structures or infrastructure, whichever is the greater;
throughput capacity is the maximum rate of network packet transmission available to any given system under ideal conditions, as defined in measurement of “bits per second”. For a “system” comprising more than one component (such as, for example, an appliance or virtual machine), Throughput Capacity applies to the system, as a whole, and not individually to each component of the “system.” Categorizations of Throughput Capacity, such as “Small,” “Medium,” or “Large,” if indicated, are provided for qualitative estimation purposes, only.
throughput capacity means the rate at which T1 is downlinking data at a particular point in time, expressed in megabits per second.

More Definitions of throughput capacity

throughput capacity means the theoretical design throughput capacity of a Segment or the Oleoducto Central, as the case may be, as originally constructed and installed and subsequently modified from time to time (without regard to Sole Risk Facilities) based on Standard Barrels.
throughput capacity means the ability of Spaceway 3 to downlink data at a rate of 10 gigabits per second.
