Credit Support Depletion Date The first Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Subordinate Certificates have been reduced to zero.
PO or “Purchase Order” means this Contract.
Pass Through Certificates means the pass through certificates issued by any Pass Through Trust (and any other pass through certificates for which such pass through certificates may be exchanged).
H1, H2 etc means First Highest, Second Highest Offers etc. in Disposal Tenders means
Class B-2 Pass-Through Rate For the first Distribution Date, 6.5000% per annum. As of any Distribution Date thereafter, the least of (1) One-Month LIBOR plus the Class B-2 Margin, (2) the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap for such Distribution Date and (3) the Weighted Average Maximum Rate Cap for such Distribution Date.
