Through date definition

Through date means the most recent date that all submissions for a specified day have been indexed in the UCC information management system.
Through date means the latest date in time for which all records have been entered into the UCC information management system.

Related to Through date

  • Inception Date means in respect of a Fund, the first date on which the Fund issued shares.

  • Formation Date has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereof.

  • Execution Date means the date on which the parties execute and enter into this Agreement.

  • Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC.
