The Bank is specifically authorized to reduce the Member’s Incentive Compensation by this percentage for credit to the Member’s Account under the Thrift BEP.
All amounts deferred under this Agreement will be held by the Bank as part of its general assets in accordance with the provisions of the Thrift BEP.
