Threshold Usage Amount definition

Threshold Usage Amount means, as of any date of determination, that the Revolver Usage exceeds $1,000,000.
Threshold Usage Amount means an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Borrowing Base as calculated under the definition of "Borrowing Base" in SECTION 1.1 but without making any deductions therefrom in respect of the Reserve or the Letter of Credit Reserve.
