Threshold Event Cure definition

Threshold Event Cure shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5(g).

Examples of Threshold Event Cure in a sentence

• If a 100 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Threshold Event Cure occurs, no 100 Xxxxx Xxxxxx Control Appraisal Period caused by application of an Appraisal Reduction Amount shall be deemed to have occurred.

• The Loan-Specific Threshold Event Cure shall continue until (i) the appraised value of the related Mortgaged Property plus the value of the Loan-Specific Threshold Event Collateral is no longer sufficient to prevent a Loan-Specific Control Appraisal Period from occurring; or (ii) the occurrence of a Final Recovery Determination.

• The Threshold Event Cure shall continue until (i) the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property plus the value of the Threshold Event Collateral would not be sufficient to prevent the Note B Control Appraisal Period from occurring; or (ii) the occurrence of a Final Recovery Determination.

• If a Threshold Event Cure occurs, no Control Termination Event caused by application of an Appraisal Reduction Amount shall be deemed to have occurred.

• The Providence Biltmore Hotel Threshold Event Cure shall continue until the Appraised Value of the related Mortgaged Property plus the value of the Providence Biltmore Hotel Threshold Event Collateral would not be sufficient to prevent a Providence Biltmore Hotel Change of Control Event from occurring.
