Threshold Amounts definition

Threshold Amounts means the Company Threshold Amount and the Foreign Threshold Amount.
Threshold Amounts means the amount, if any, specified as such in the Schedule.
Threshold Amounts means the amount of a certain drug necessary to be classified as a particular offense and to receive its accompanying sentence.

  • Section 10.1 of the Agreement further addresses how the Threshold Amounts will be adjusted in those circumstances.

More Definitions of Threshold Amounts

Threshold Amounts means, with respect to any month in a calendar year during the Term, an amount equal to the number identified in Exhibit D for the respective calendar year (as adjusted pursuant to Section 9.5). For clarity, the Threshold Amount will be the same for each month in a particular calendar year (subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 9.5).
Threshold Amounts shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 6.9(b)(3).
Threshold Amounts means the Class A Profit Unit Threshold Amount, the Class B Profit Unit Threshold Amount and the Class C Profit Unit Threshold Amount.
