Three Payment. Plus Delinquency Percentage: As to any Collection Period, (a) the aggregate of the Principal Balances of all Home Equity Loans that are three payments or more contractually delinquent, such percentage being inclusive of all Home Equity Loans which are in bankruptcy, in foreclosure and REO as of the end of such Collection Period, over (b) the Pool Balance as of the end of such Collection Period.
