Three Creeks definition

Three Creeks means the land being developed and/or subdivided by Karmon Limited known as “Three Creeks” at Adler Drive, in Ohauiti, Tauranga.
Three Creeks means Coyote Creek, Xxxxxxxxx River, and Stevens Creek and their watersheds, including tributaries. ARTICLE III

  • Fresh water means water, such as tap water, that has not been previously used in a process operation or, if the water has been recycled from a process operation, it has been treated and meets the effluent guidelines for chromium wastewater.

  • Peak Season means the weeks containing the 24th through 36th Wednesdays of the calendar year. Each such week shall begin on a Monday and end on the following Sunday, except for the week containing the 36th Wednesday, which shall end on the following Friday.

  • Specialty fertilizer means a fertilizer distributed primarily for nonfarm use.
