Three Consecutive Months definition

Three Consecutive Months means a 3 consecutive month period beginning on the Employee’s first day of employment during which the Employee has at least one Hour of Service during each month, effective as of July 1, 2015.

  • Twelve-Month Period means a period of twelve consecutive months determined on a rolling basis where a new twelve month period begins on the first day of each calendar month.
