Threatening Condition definition

Threatening Condition means that a Merchant’ s conduct or a Merchant’ s products or services are in violation of applicable law or pose a threat to the Software.
Threatening Condition means a Merchant’s conduct or Merchant’s products which violates applicable law or poses a threat to PSiGate’s systems, equipment, processes, or intellectual property.
Threatening Condition means any disease or condition from which the likelihood of death is probable unless the course of the disease or condition is interrupted.

  • If, in the reasonable and good faith determination of us or any Service Provider, the Threatening Condition poses an imminent or actual threat (including regulatory investigation, inquiry or penalty) to us or any Service Provider or its systems, equipment, processes, or intellectual property, you agree that we or any other Service Provider may suspend any and all use of any Online Service without notice.

  • PSiGate may, without notice, suspend Merchant’s access to the Gateway Services if at any time the Card Acceptance Services have been suspended or if PSiGate reasonably believes that a Threatening Condition exists.

  • In any event, CyberSource may terminate this Agreement if the Threatening Condition remains uncured more than thirty (30) calendar days after Customer is notified of the Threatening Condition.

  • We will reimburse the Medical Expenses incurred in respect of the Medically Necessary Treatment rendered on the Insured Person during the Travel Period on an emergency basis for a Life Threatening Condition only for any sudden, unexpected or unforeseen development which is attributable to a Pre- Existing Disease, upto limit specified in the Certificate of Insurance.

  • If, in our reasonable and good faith determination, the Threatening Condition poses an imminent or actual threat (including regulatory investigation, inquiry or penalty) to us or our systems, equipment, processes, or intellectual property, you agree that we may suspend all use of the Nium Developer Portal without notice and without any liability to you.

  • Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement, if we reasonably believe that your conduct in using the Nium Developer Portal constitutes a violation of this Agreement, violation of any applicable laws, rules, regulations, or industry standards, or otherwise poses a threat to any system, equipment, process, intellectual property, or our reputation (collectively, a “Threatening Condition”), we may provide you with a notice to cease the Threatening Condition.

  • Life-threatening condition means any disease or condition from which the likelihood of death is probable unless the course of the disease or condition is interrupted.

  • Threatening behavior means any pattern of behavior or isolated action, whether or not it is directed at another person, that a reasonable person would believe indicates potential for future harm to students, school personnel, or school property.

  • Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct means, but is not limited to, conduct that does the following:

  • Life-threatening means that the subject was at immediate risk of death from the AE as it occurred or it is suspected that use or continued use of the product would result in the subject’s death. ‘Life-threatening’ does not mean that had an AE occurred in a more severe form it might have caused death (eg, hepatitis that resolved without hepatic failure).

  • Nonconforming zoning condition means a physical improvement on a property that does not conform with current zoning standards.
