Any such request by THNV or any GSCP Member pursuant to this Section 2.1(a)(i) is referred to herein as a “Demand Registration Request,” and the registration so requested is referred to herein as a “Demand Registration” (with respect to any Demand Registration, THNV or the GSCP Member(s) making such demand for registration being referred to as the “Initiating Holder(s)”).
