THE CITY OF WINNIPEG, in Council assembled, enacts as follows: Title 1 This By-law may be cited as the Outdoor Smoking By-law.
This Bylaw shall be duly approved and enter in effect from the moment in which the Condominium is registered in the Public Registry.
This By-law shall not be amended or repealed except by a majority of the voting power of the stockholders present in person or by proxy and entitled to vote at any meeting at which a quorum is present.
This By-law shall take effect when approved by the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations for the Province of Nova Scotia.

This By-law shall come into force when confirmed by the shareholders in accordance with the Act.
