Third Stage definition

Third Stage means the third stage of European economic and monetary union pursuant to the Treaty on European Union;
Third Stage. If no settlement is reached at the second stage of the grievance procedure, then within five (5) working days of the grievance having been referred to the second stage, the grievance may be referred to the third stage of the grievance procedure. Within five (5) working days of the grievance being referred to the third stage a meeting will be arranged for between the Union representatives and the Vice-President (Administration) or anyone appointed by him/her. The date of such meeting shall be set by mutual agreement between the Union and the Employer. In any subsequent meetings arranged by the Vice-President (Administration) between representatives of the Union and the Employer, the Union may include a representative of the Union. All settlements of grievances between the Employer and the Union shall be final and binding upon the Employer, the Union and the employee or employees concerned.
Third Stage means the obligations of the Assignee set forth in Section 4 below, under that term.

  • The Company will pay principal and interest in Euros or such other lawful currency of the participating Member States in the Third Stage of European Economic and Monetary Union of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union that at the time of payment is legal tender for payment of public and private debts.

  • If the Employee or the Union is dissatisfied with the decision at the Second Stage, the Employee or the Union may refer the matter directly to the President, or designee, by submitting a copy of the grievance and the First and Second Stage decisions, along with a request for Third Stage review, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue of the Second Stage decision.

  • If the Company has a grievance, it shall be taken up with the Union and if not settled satisfactorily at the Third Stage of the Grievance Procedure, the grievance shall proceed to Arbitration under Section 11.

  • Third Stage: In the event a grievance has not been satisfactorily resolved at the second stage, the Association will file within five (5) business days of the receipt of the Superintendent's written decision or answer at the Second Stage, a letter to the Board of Education requesting a meeting.

  • Grievances which are not appealed within thirty (30) days after the receipt of the determination of the Superintendent, as provided for in the Third Stage, shall be deemed to have been abandoned.
