Third Priority Notes Indenture definition
Third Priority Notes Indenture shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Recitals to this Agreement.
Third Priority Notes Indenture means the Indenture dated as of February 26, 2003 among the Company, as issuer, the Guarantors and the Third Priority Notes Trustee governing the terms of the Third Priority Notes, as amended from time to time.
