Third Priority Collateral Documents definition
Third Priority Collateral Documents means the “Collateral Documents” (or any similar term) as defined in the Third Lien Debt Documents, and any other documents or instruments granting (or purporting to grant) a Lien on real or personal property to secure any Third Priority Obligation or granting rights or remedies with respect to such Liens.
Third Priority Collateral Documents means (a) the Initial Third-Priority Collateral Documents and (b) any documents now existing or entered into after the date hereof that create Liens on any assets or properties of any Grantor to secure any Other Third-Priority Obligations, in each case, as Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and subject to the terms hereof.
Third Priority Collateral Documents means, collectively, the 2015 Noteholder Security Agreement and any document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any Third Priority Document at any time or otherwise pursuant to which a Lien is granted by an Obligor to secure (or perfect, preserve or maintain the security of) the Third Priority Claims or under which rights or remedies with respect to any such Lien are governed, as the same may be amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
