Third Party Waste all waste other than Contract Waste
Third Party Waste means Solid Waste delivered by or on behalf of any Person (excluding SPSA or any Person delivering Acceptable Waste by or on behalf of SPSA) to the RDF Facility.

Examples of Third Party Waste in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall not enter into or amend a Third Party Waste Contract or an Off- Take Contract with an Affiliate unless the Authority has confirmed in writing (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) that it is satisfied that the provisions of Clause 51.1 or 51.2 (as applicable) have been complied with.

  • Subject to the position on Heat, each Council will receive its Project Share Percentage of income generated by the Contractor from Heat, Power and Third Party Waste which is to the public sector's benefit.

  • The Required Commercial Operations MSW Tonnage may, at the option of the City, consist of a combination of the City’s MSW and MSW which is Third Party Waste (as defined in Section 6.1.7.2).


More Definitions of Third Party Waste

Third Party Waste shall have that meaning set forth in Section 6.1.7.2 of this Agreement. “Ton” shall mean US short ton equal to two thousand (2000) pounds.
Third Party Waste means any Waste delivered to any of the County Facilities other than Committed County Waste, Committed City Waste, Self-Haul Waste and TRG Waste.

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Third Party Manufacturer means (i) a Third Party whose primary business is contract manufacturing, or (ii) a Third Party who has a contractual arrangement with Licensee or with a sublicensee of Licensee that includes manufacturing of Client Product and/or Drug Product by such Third Party for Licensee or such sublicensee.

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.

  • Third Party Vendor means a subscriber of MIAX PEARL’s market and other data feeds, which they in turn use for redistribution purposes.
