Third Party Supply definition

Third Party Supply means goods and services that a Member is able to procure from a third-party supplier The Coffee Commune has a relationship or affiliation with as a Member Benefit under an agreement between the Member and that supplier.

Examples of Third Party Supply in a sentence

  • Supplier shall arrange for the delivery of Electric Generation Service in accordance with the requirements of the LDC and/or PJM ISO according to the rules, regulations, and tariffs governing Third Party Supply Service.

  • Once Amgen has given such consent, Amgen shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of such Third Party Supply Agreement.

  • Each Service Recipient shall comply with the terms of the respective Third Party Supply Contracts to the extent they are relevant to the receipt of the Third Party Services and to the extent that the Service Recipient has received prior written notification of the terms of the Third Party Supply Contracts.

  • The sharing of liabilities under any Third Party Supply Agreement is without prejudice to Article 18.

  • A Member Benefit may also be offered or available by a Third Party Supply, such as accessing pricing or service offering a Third Party Supply is willing to offer Members.

  • You permit us to supply your personal information to a third party supplier in connection with a Third Party Supply.
