Third Party Stores definition

Third Party Stores means all of (a) those pages of Web sites (or portions thereof) operated by SportsLine for third parties (e.g., *** at any time during the Term comprising transactional platforms for the sale of Sports Merchandise, and (b) the subject third party's business-to-consumer auction Web sites, if any, that sell primarily Sports Merchandise. The Third Party Stores in existence as of the Effective Date are set forth in Exhibit E.
Third Party Stores means digital platforms, stores, and services that are not owned, controlled, or operated by Company or any Affiliate (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Tidal, subject to Company’s choice and adjustments), as disclosed on the Service and chosed by you.

  • MVP shall price all products sold through the SportsLine Stores and the Third Party Stores in a manner to remain reasonably competitive with ***.

  • SportsLine retains the right to enter into direct relationships with *** or *** to drop ship, consign, or procure any type of Sports Merchandise that MVP is unwilling or unable to procure or offer for sale through the SportsLine Stores or any Third Party Stores as follows.

  • Licensor acknowledges and agrees that Company will not be responsible for any delays of Third Party Stores’ removing of the Licensed All-Platform Recordings from their owned or operated services and will continue to have the exclusive rights to collect the income before actual removal of such Licensed All- Platform Recordings from the Third Party Stores.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.
