Third Party Software Programs means in the QUADIENT Cloud Services integrated third party software components such as Adobe PDF Library technology, Datalogics Software, Open Source Software etc. and related Documentation, including any upgrades, modified versions, updates, additions, and copies thereof;
Third Party Software Programs means in the GMC Software integrated third party software such as Adobe PDF Library technology, Datalogics Software etc. and related documentation, and any upgrades, modified versions, updates, additions, and copies thereof;
Third Party Software Programs means those Software Programs listed on Schedule 1.68 attached hereto owned by third parties and incorporated into, or required for the ordinary use of, the Products.

Related to Third Party Software Programs

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Authority Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Authority, including software which is, or will be used by the Contractor for the purpose of providing the Services but excluding the Contractor Software.

  • Software means any computer software programs, including all source code, object code, and documentation related thereto and all software modules, tools and databases.
