Buyer shall be solely responsible for all of its costs related to the Third Party Review and the costs of the Reviewer.
BISYS shall provide annually to the appropriate regulatory authorities any Third Party Review Reports prepared by independent public accountants with respect to the Services performed by BISYS at the Data Center and copies of BISYS' audited financial statements.
If such Implementation is Partially Renewable, the Third Party Review may, at Adopter’s election, be limited to the portions of the Implementation that are not Renewable.
