Examples of Third Party Response Period in a sentence
If any Indemnifying Party fails to give a Third Party Claim Response within the Third Party Response Period, such Indemnifying Party shall be deemed to have elected not to assume the defense of such Third Party Claim.
If any Indemnifying Party fails to give a Third Party Claim Response within the Third Party Response Period, such Indemnifying Party shall be deemed to have accepted the claim for indemnification described in the related Third Party Claim Notice without reservations and to have elected not to defend any Third Party Claim specified in such Third Party Claim Notice.
