I hereby assign to the Company any rights I may have or acquire in any Third Party Proprietary Information during my employment with the Company.

During the term of my employment and thereafter, I will hold Third Party Proprietary Information in strictest confidence and will not use or disclose the same except in connection with my work for the Company or unless expressly authorized in writing to do so by an officer of the Company.
