Third Party Project definition

Third Party Project means any work being performed on CP property that CP is not managing (i.e, road authority, utility company, commuter agency, or other similar entity, are on CP property for their own purposes, and not a project sponsored or managed by CP.
Third Party Project shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.5.2.
Third Party Project means any work, including any infrastructure or Highway widening or construction project, undertaken and financed by a third party, which is approved by the Municipality, whether or not in the context of a public or private land development project, subdivision or rezoning, and includes a project where the Municipality is aco-partner or project delivery agent as part of a joint venture or joint development project with a third party, including any level of government, a provincial or federal crown corporation, a railway or South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority;

Examples of Third Party Project in a sentence

  • Adequate records and supporting documents to prove proper implementation of the Third Party Project as described in Annex 1 are needed to justify the Grant (article 20 of the Grant Agreement).

  • The Recipients shall be responsible for the fulfilment of the above obligations on the part of their employees and other personnel members (such as without limitation PhDs, postdocs, consultants) and shall ensure that they remain so obliged, as far as legally possible, during and after the end of the Third Party Project and/or after the termination of the contractual relationship with each of them.

  • This Agreement is drawn up in English, which language shall govern the work of the Third Party Project and all documents, notices, meetings, arbitral proceedings and processes relative thereto.

Related to Third Party Project

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Third Party IP means the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party that is not a party to this Contract, and that is not a Subcontractor.
