Third-party organization definition
Third-party organization means any current or prospective customer, supplier, partner, agent, prime contractor, subcontractor, or other organization.
Third-party organization means an organization that satisfies the qualifications described in subsection (2)(d) of this section that the department contracts with pursuant to subsection (2) of this section.
