Third Party Managers definition

Third Party Managers means the third party asset managers licensed or otherwise authorised by a regulatory body outside of Malta, to whom ACMEL delegates discretionary management services in respect of the Third Party Model Portfolios;
Third Party Managers has the meaning set forth in Section 11.11(b).
Third Party Managers means the Managers for the Third Party Management Agreements and listed on Schedule 17 attached hereto. “Title Commitments” (or individually, a “Title Commitment”) shall mean the title commitments and exception documents defined as such in Section 2.4(e) hereof.

Examples of Third Party Managers in a sentence

  • Third Party Manager's compensation under this Section 3.1 shall apply to all renewals, extensions or expansions of Leases which Third Party Manager has originally negotiated.

  • Third Party Managers shall also report expeditiously to Manager notice of any extensive damage to any part of the Properties.

  • Third Party Manager's duties and supervision in this respect shall include, without limitation, cleaning of the interior and the exterior of the Improvements and the public common areas on the Properties and the making and supervision of repairs, alterations, and decoration of the Improvements, subject to and in strict compliance with this Agreement and the Leases.

  • Third Party Manager shall make available to Manager the full benefit of the judgment, experience and advice of the members of Third Party Manager's organization and staff with respect to the policies to be pursued by Manager relating to the management, operation and leasing of the Properties.

  • The Borrowers, the Approved Managers and the Third Party Managers have obtained all necessary ISM Code Documentation and ISPS Code Documentation in connection with each Ship and are in full compliance with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code.

  • With respect to each Hotel that is managed by a Third Party Manager, Wyndham shall use commercially reasonable good faith efforts to cause Third Party Managers to comply with such covenants of Transferor Parties and its Affiliates to the extent such covenants relate to matters that are within the scope of such Third Party Manager’s duties under the Third Party Management Agreements.

  • Participant understands, acknowledges and agrees that customary fees will be charged against OPEB Fund’s investment by Third Party Trustees, Third Party Managers and/or Third Party Custodians and Brokers.

  • CITY shall not be responsible for payment of invoices to Third Party Managers.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Thorndale Farm has currently retained Cambridge Associates in the name of and for the account of each Client to assist Thorndale Farm in the selection, engagement and evaluation of Third Party Managers; and each Client bears its pro rata share of the fees and expenses of Cambridge Associates.
