Third Party Integration definition

Third Party Integration means the interfacing of the System with a Third Party application or similar via an API (or manually) requested by the Institution;
Third Party Integration means any third party service or utility which the Customers decides to integrate with the Services, including any Customer Outreach Tool, Customer CRM Tool, or any data service contracted for between the Customer and a third party (for example, ZoomInfo). Trigger Data means the data made available to the Customer by means of the Service which alerts the Customer to a range of events or circumstances relating to its Prospects;
Third Party Integration means the inclusion by the Contractor of a software system or subsystem that is owned or maintained by a third party, including open-source software or licensed software. Third-party integration is typically used to provide well-defined functionality using a best of breed, existing solution; examples might be integration with a third-party document management system or business intelligence system, which is then delivered as part of the Integrated UI Solution.

Examples of Third Party Integration in a sentence

  • Customer’s use of such Third Party Integrations is optional and Customer shall be required to take the steps set forth in the Documentation to enable a Third Party Integration.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law but without derogating from Wiz’s obligations under this Agreement, Wiz shall not bear and expressly disclaims all responsibility or liability of any kind relating to such Third Party Integrations, including, without limitation, for any disclosure of, access to or other processing of Customer Data by Third Party Integration providers.

  • The Parties acknowledge that if a Third Party Integration requires modification due to an Ascendon Update of the Ascendon System, such modification shall not be deemed a Third Party Modification, and CSG shall promptly make such modification and restore the Third Party Integration at no additional charge to Customer.

  • CSG acknowledges however that once a Third Party Integration is restored after a Third Party Modification, CSG’s obligations under the Agreement and any affected Order Document shall recommence.

  • Since Wiz does not provide such third party applications or services, Wiz cannot guarantee the continued availability of such Third Party Integration and may cease supporting them at any time, including if the relevant third party ceases to make its application or service available for integration with the Services or changes the way it does so in a way that is not reasonably acceptable to Wiz.

  • Agency grants TT a non-exclusive license to use Agency’s name(s), mark(s), and logo(s) (collectively, “Agency Marks”) in its publicity and marketing materials, its website, social media and in connection with the Services; TT may sublicense the foregoing rights in the Agency Marks to its Third Party Integration providers in connection with their use and promotion of the Service(s).

  • Since Island does not provide such Third Party Services, Island cannot guarantee the continued availability of such Third Party Integration and may cease supporting them at any time, including if the relevant Third Party Service provider ceases to make its application or service available for integration with the Services or changes the way it does so in a way that is not reasonably acceptable to Island.

  • You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws (including applicable data protection laws) in respect of the transfer of the data by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ to the Third Party Integration Partner, and for entering into separate contractual agreements with the Third Party Integration Partner.

  • Customer’s (or Tenant’s) use of any Third- Party Integration shall be subject to the separate end user license agreement (or other applicable agreement) between Customer (or Tenant) with the relevant third party (e.g. service provider that provides the service which is the subject of the Third-Party Integration).

  • Any contract entered into and any transaction completed with or by means of any Third Party Integration is between the Customer and the relevant Third Party Integration, and not ▇▇▇▇.▇▇.

Related to Third Party Integration

  • Third Party Intellectual Property means any intellectual property owned by parties other than Grantee or Agency.

  • Third Party IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights not belonging to either party to this Agreement but used by the Supplier in the creation of the Deliverables and/or in the course of or in connection with the Project.

  • Third Party Items means Third Party Content and Third Party Products.

  • Third Party IP means the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party that is not a party to this Contract, and that is not a Subcontractor.

  • Third Party Intellectual Property Rights means any Intellectual Property owned by a third party.
