Third Party Customers definition

Third Party Customers means those Crown corporations and non-government organizations (“NGOs”) as are listed in Schedule “C” attached hereto;
Third Party Customers means a person who transacts with a company through a Third party accounts in respects of which the third party is the customer of such Company Provided that, clerks, accountants, employees, agents, or authorized persons of business places who are authorized to deal with the accounts shall not be considered as a third party.
Third Party Customers. 2.11.1 means second tier customers (customers of the customer) that are sold subscriptions to use the Hosting Services by the Customer subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Furthermore, ARIANESPACE shall require all Third Party Customer(s) of ARIANESPACE entering into launch services agreements with ARIANESPACE to agree to the inter-party waiver and indemnities set forth in this ARTICLE 14.

  • This does not preclude Third Party from entering into any arrangements with any other insurance company for purposes of marketing or offering insurance products that are not Medicare Supplement insurance to Third Party Customers who are Certificateholders.

  • CUSTOMER agrees to bear the financial and any other consequences of such loss, damage or bodily injury (including death) and/or Launch Mission failure and/or Satellite Mission failure caused in any way by any Third Party Customer(s) of ARIANESPACE or its (their) Associates without recourse against the Third Party Customer(s) of ARIANESPACE and/or ARIANESPACE and/or their respective Associates.

Third Party Customers means electricity customers at the Premises other than the Customer; and
Third Party Customers means any persons or entities, other than Sequenom and IDT, and other than Sequenom Accounts that order products or services from IDT.

  • TCP Customers We will not impose Credit Management Charges unless the Charges are a reimbursement of our costs and you are advised of their amount or method of calculation.

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.

  • Priority Customer means a person or entity that (i) is not a broker or dealer in securities, and (ii) does not place more than 390 orders in listed options per day on average during a calendar month for its own beneficial accounts(s). The number of orders shall be counted in accordance with Interpretation and Policy .01 of Exchange Rule 100. See Exchange Rule 100, including Interpretation and Policy .01.
