Third Party Credit Support Document definition

Third Party Credit Support Document means any agreement or instrument (including any guarantee, insurance policy, security agreement or pledge agreement) whose terms provide for the guarantee of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ obligations under this Agreement by a third party.
Third Party Credit Support Document means any agreement or instrument (including any guarantee or equivalent) entered into pursuant to Section 5(g) (Ratings Event), the terms of which provide for the guarantee of Party A's obligations under this Agreement by a third party and which is in form and substance acceptable to the Rating Agencies.
Third Party Credit Support Document means, with respect to an Adhering Party, the ISDA CSA and the Master Agreement to which such ISDA CSA relates, any document in effect on the Implementation Date and executed by one or more Third Parties (whether or not an Adhering Party is a party thereto), which by its terms secures, guarantees or otherwise supports such Adhering Party’s obligations under such Master Agreement from time to time, whether or not such document is specified as such, or as a Credit Support Document, therein or in the Master Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ posting of Eligible Collateral in accordance with the terms of the Approved Credit Support Document, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall use best efforts to either transfer its rights and obligations to an acceptable third party or to provide a Third Party Credit Support Document.

  • Credit Support Provider means in relation to Party A, a party who is a credit support provider under any Third Party Credit Support Document.

  • If, on or prior to the date that is 30 calendar days after the occurrence of a Ratings Event, [Bank] has provided a Third Party Credit Support Document as provided in I(A) above and the Rating Agency Condition has been satisfied, then, for so long as such Third Party Credit Support Document is in effect and the Rating Agency Condition continues to be satisfied, [Bank] shall have no further obligations in respect of this Part 5(10)(I).
