Third party computer systems definition

Third party computer systems means any computer systems that: 1) are not owned, operated or controlled by a member; and 2) does not include computer systems of a third party on which a member performs services. Computer systems include associated input and output devices, data storage devices, networking equipment, and back up facilities.
