Third Party Authority definition

Third Party Authority means a letter of authority completed by a Client authorising a third party to operate the Account on his behalf.
Third Party Authority shall bear the meaning ascribed to it in the Third Party Authority Attachments definition;
Third Party Authority has the meaning given to it in clause 2.3(a).
