Third-Party Ancillary Services means all services or requirements ------------------------------ necessary to support the transmission of capacity and Energy from resources to loads while maintaining reliable operation of any third-party transmission systems (other than the PJM transmission system) in accordance with Good Utility Practice, including: Scheduling, System Control and Dispatch Service Charges; Reactive Supply and Voltage Control from Generation Service;
