Third-Party Agent(s) definition

Third-Party Agent(s) means third parties delivering services to Licensee pursuant to a written contract with Licensee.
Third-Party Agent(s) means the entity that submits data on behalf of one or more Facilities to the System Agency through the Contractor’s Solution.
