Third Notice definition

Third Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 hereof.
Third Notice. If the tenant does not respond to the Second Reminder Notice before sixty (60) days prior to the recertification anniversary date, the management will provide the tenant a Third Reminder Notice no later than 60 days prior to the anniversary date. This notice also serves as a 60-­‐day notice to terminate assistance or tenancy, and as a 60-­‐day rent increase notice. The Third Reminder Notice will contain the required information listed in paragraph 7-­‐7B.4 of the HUD 4350.3 REV-­‐1 Handbook. When you attend the interview, you must bring the following information:

  • Once the Buy Out Notice is issued, the Withdrawing Shareholder shall be obliged to purchase the Issuing Shareholder(s) Shares, at the price stated in the Third Notice, for value within sixty (60) days of the date of the Buy Out Notice.
