Third Maintenance Term definition

Third Maintenance Term means the third five-year term of Maintenance Services provided by DB Contractor that commences upon issuance by TxDOT of Maintenance NTP3.
Third Maintenance Term has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.1 of the Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement.
Third Maintenance Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.1 of the Capital Maintenance Agreement.

Examples of Third Maintenance Term in a sentence

  • The Third Maintenance Term shall commence as of the expiration of the Second Maintenance Term and shall continue for a period of five years, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • TxDOT shall not be entitled to exercise the extension option for the Third Maintenance Term if it did not issue Maintenance NTP2.

Related to Third Maintenance Term

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Major maintenance means the adjustment, repair or replacement of a component or module that could affect the accuracy of a measurement.
