Thermalean means any product containing sida cordifolia, kola nut, citrus aurantium, cassia nomame, green tea extract, and 5-HTP that is manufactured, supplied, distributed, offered for sale, sold, marketed, advertised, or promoted by Defendants under the name Thermalean.
