Thermal Fee definition
Thermal Fee means an amount, payable within 30 days after receipt of ----------- Thermo's invoice to be rendered after the end of each calendar quarter, equal to $0.50 per 1,000,000 British Thermal Units of thermal energy (or portion thereof) requested by, and supplied to Colorado Greenhouse for the operation of the Greenhouse for such calendar quarter, provided that such fee shall be increased annually beginning January 1, 1996, by multiplying the rate in effect during the preceding calendar year by 103%.
