Thermal energy system definition

Thermal energy system means any system that pro- vides thermal energy for space heating, space cooling, or pro- cess uses from a central plant or combined heat and power facility, and that distributes the thermal energy to two or more buildings through a network of pipes;
Thermal energy system means the district energy system by which the Utility delivers Thermal Energy to Customers, including the central thermal energy plant, the Distribution System, the Service Connections and the Energy Transfer Stations.
Thermal energy system means Citizen's Thermal Energy System, including the Steam Division and the Chilled Water Division, which system is a Separate System for purposes of this Second Lien Master Indenture.
