TheraSense definition

TheraSense as used herein shall mean TheraSense and/or its authorized subcontractor(s), when referring to the ordering or delivery of or payment for Products. TheraSense subcontractors must be authorized in writing solely by TheraSense and all purchases by such parties shall be credited against the volume of TheraSense purchases.
TheraSense means TheraSense, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
TheraSense means Axxxxx Diabetes Care Inc., a Delaware corporation, formerly known as TheraSense, Inc.

Related to TheraSense

  • Biological agent shall mean any pathogenic (disease producing) micro-organism(s) and/or biologically produced toxin(s) (including genetically modified organisms and chemically synthesized toxins) which cause illness and/or death in humans, animals or plants.

  • Radiopharmaceutical means any drug that exhibits spontaneous disintegration of unstable nuclei with the emission of nuclear particles or photons and includes any non-radioactive reagent kit or radionuclide generator that is intended to be used in the preparation of any such substance, but does not include drugs such as carbon-containing compounds or potassium-containing salts that include trace quantities of naturally occurring radionuclides. The term also includes any biological product that is labeled with a radionuclide or intended solely to be labeled with a radionuclide.

  • Biological Samples means any physical samples obtained from Study Participants in accordance with the Protocol for the purposes of the Study.

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;

  • Therapy means the administration of drugs or chemicals to remove toxic concentrations of metals from the body.

  • Fields of Use means UltraTemp, Ceris or Ceros technology for the transportation or appliance gas ignition markets.

  • Field means all fields of use.

  • Pharmaceutical means any compound or mixture, other than food, used in the prevention, diagnosis, alleviation, treatment, or cure of disease in human and animal.
