Therapeutic Uses means pharmaceutical entities, medical ------------------ devices, chemicals or materials for pharmaceutical use, or other chemicals which can be used for the treatment of diseases in humans or animals, all uses other than Diagnostic or Analytical Uses, including without limitation uses for drug discovery and genomics.
