  • The City will expeditiously take such steps as are necessary to facilitate the early adjustment of any Utilities, initiate the removal or adjustment of the Utilities, and proceed with reasonable diligence to prosecute this work to completion.

  • Provided the Licensee has performed its obligations under this Agreement, the Licensee shall have non-exclusive access to the Premises and the Utilities 24 hours a day, seven days a week, subject only to the Licensor’s reasonable security requirements, and shall enjoy the Premises and the Utilities without interference.

  • The Tenant shall be responsible for effecting the transfer of the relevant accounts for the Utilities in the Tenant’s name within fifteen (15) days of the Lease Commencement Date.
