The Tower. The tower in the Project, wherein the Premises are situated, as specified in the Special Conditions Appendix APPENDIX "A";

More Definitions of The Tower

The Tower. The tower built in the project or any part thereof which is managed by the management company; “Installations” Air conditioning, elevators, escalators, circuit boards, plumbing, lighting, water, sewage, drainage and other installations in the tower;

The Second Loan Agreement, Tower Second Note, Second Mortgage and all other documents evidencing, securing or defining the rights and obligations of the parties in respect of the Tower Second Loan, other than those documents and instruments relating solely to AEW's security interests in Franklin Center (as defined herein), all as listed on Exhibit C-1 attached hereto, are herein collectively referred to as the "Second Loan Documents." (AEW and any successor owner of the Tower Second Loan, including but not limited to PTLP, each for such time as it holds the Tower Second Loan, is sometimes referred to herein as "Second Lender.")

  • Cost center means a cost category delineated by cost reporting forms prescribed by the office.

  • Existing Building means a building that (a) was in existence and completely constructed on the date that the Applicant first submitted its Application, or (b) in respect of which the IESO has, in its sole and absolute discretion, issued a written confirmation that the building will be deemed an Existing Building for the purposes of the definition of Rooftop Facility.

  • Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, which is generally used in large metropolitan areas that are densely populated, in order to provide highly reliable service. Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

  • street furniture ’ means public facilities and structures which are not intended primarily for advertising and includes but is not limited to seating benches, planters, bins, pole mounted bins, bus shelters, sidewalk clocks, drinking fountains, Telkom boxes, traffic signal controllers, electricity boxes, post boxes and telephone booths, but excludes road traffic signs, traffic signals, street lights or any other road-related structures;

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;

  • Master plumber means an individual who possesses the necessary skills and qualifications to plan and supervise the installation of plumbing and who is licensed as a master plumber.

  • Birthing center means a facility that meets professionally recognized standards and all of the following requirements:

  • the trunk road means the A590 Trunk Road;

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Cyber-bullying means bullying through the use of technology or any electronic communication, which shall include, but shall not be limited to, any transfer of signs, signals, writing, images, sounds, data or intelligence of any nature transmitted in whole or in part by a:

  • Birth center means a facility or institution, which is not an ambulatory surgical center or a hospital or in a hospital, in which births are planned to occur following a normal, uncomplicated, low-risk pregnancy.

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Mobile home space means a parcel of land for rent which has been designed to accommodate a mobile home and provide the required sewer and utility connections.

  • Data Centre or "DC" means the primary centre where data, software, computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunication and storage systems, redundant or backup power supplies, redundant data communications, environment controls and security devices are housed and operated from;

  • Addition (to an existing building means an extension or increase in the floor area or height of a building or structure.

  • Apartment shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • public service infrastructure means publicly controlled infrastructure of the following kinds:

  • Private road or driveway means every way or place in private ownership and used for vehicular travel by the owner and those having express or implied permission from the owner, but not by other persons.

  • Tower means any structure built for the sole or primary purpose of supporting any FCC-licensed or authorized antennas and their associated facilities, including structures that are constructed for wireless communications services including, but not limited to, private, broadcast, and public safety services, as well as unlicensed wireless services and fixed wireless services such as microwave backhaul, and the associated site.

  • System with a single service connection means a system which supplies drinking water to consumers via a single service line.

  • Day care center means any child day care facility other than a family day care home, and includes infant centers, preschools, extended day care facilities and school age child care centers.
