The Technical Support Services on the Software, which are the subject of an annual subscription and encompass notably answers to general usage questions, provision of routine technical assistance, basic configuration, dependence of the Software versions, finding an answer to an issue in the existing corpus (doc, issue GitHub, stack overflow, blog, etc.), confirming and replicating a bug, etc.;
