the Technical Information means any invention, designs, and other information including (but not limited to) maps, plans, photographs, drawings, tapes, statistical and technical data, published and unpublished results and reports, computer programmes, know-how processes, specifications, data books and data bases, tables, memoranda, and all other documentation and information arising as a result of the provision of the Services under the Contract whether by way of sub-contract or otherwise including the results of any work performed by any sub-contractor or other Supplier’s Personnel.

  • Provider is required to advise the Board’s ITS Program Manager if the Technical Information for any Product(s) or Program(s) changes in any way during the Term of this Agreement, including any Renewal Terms.

  • Licensee accepts the Patent Rights and the Technical Information on an “AS-IS” basis.

  • Licensee shall not obtain or try to obtain any registered industrial property or copyright in or over any of the Technical Information and Intellectual Property of Licensor regardless of the territory and exploitation area.

  • Licensee undertakes and agrees to take all necessary precautions to prevent the dissemination thereof and to cause its employees to recognize and protect the confidential, proprietary, and trade secrets nature of the Technical Information.

  • Licensee shall not obtain or try to obtain any registered industrial property or copyright in or over any of the Technical Information and Intellectual Property of Licensor regardless of the Territory and exploitation area.

  • The Contractor may use the Technical Information, without cost and without restriction, for processing, appraisal, analysis and any other purpose relating to the Petroleum Activities (but not for any other use or for its sale), it being understood that the Contractor shall also deliver to the National Hydrocarbons Information Center any report of the results of such processing, appraisal or analysis.
